📦 Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• Item must be in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or receipt).

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@lazarczykshop.com.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
